The Learning Circle in partnership with Diversity Dimensions have engaged with organisations such as Commonwealth Bank, Optus, Citi Group, Stockland, Blackmores and QBE to deliver a suite of offerings to support expectant parents and their managers to prepare for their impending parental leave journey.
Through face-to-face and webinar forums, we equip both men and women with the practical tools and information they need to develop their thinking in relation to their working arrangement and child care strategy. By focusing on key life and career areas, participants gain a valuable insight into the practical ways they can prepare themselves, their families and their child from the start.
The goal of these programs being to assist working parents to make decisions that are right for their family – and instil in them the confidence they need to return to work and thrive as a working parent.
Having a reputation as a high-quality learning offering, The Learning Circle has continued to deliver exceptional results with 84% of participants rating the session as ‘very effective’.
