The Learning Circle were engaged to partner with Allianz Australia to deliver their Leadership Excellence program, targeted at developing experienced leaders throughout the business. Over the past two years The Learning Circle have had the privilege of working with over 100+ emerging leaders nationally, helping them to leverage their strengths and enhance their ability to effectively lead themselves, their direct reports and their business teams.

The one-day program which develops EQ, delegation skills, coaching capability and strategies to influence and collaborate more effectively has been designed with a high degree of learner involvement, requiring The Learning Circle to stay abreast of key leadership and learning trends which could be integrated into the program content and enhance the overall learner experience.

Having a strong internal reputation as a high-quality learning offering, The Learning Circle has continued to deliver exceptional results with a consistent net promoter score of 100% positive feedback from program participants. Working with each cohort of new leaders has been an extremely rewarding experience and we’re delighted to be able to support Allianz as they develop the leadership capability they need to realise their ambitious 2020 strategy.
