Tips on changing your work dynamic, by your learning and development consultants in Sydney

As an employer, you want the work dynamic to be fluid, efficient and of course effective. Yet there will be times where some employees won’t be able to cooperate together and this may cause a dysfunction in the office. So our learning and development consultants in Sydney have come up with a few tips to help with changing a persons dynamic at work to ensure everyone is satisfied.

Changing your work dynamic isn’t always easy, which means it is essential for you to want to change it. Here are some tips from our employee training facilitator:

• Develop your own emotional intelligence, this way you have the ability to control and understand the different reasons of your current moods that may be affecting your work ethic
• Be sure to blow off steam prior to coming into work, it is vital to not come into the office with stress
• Keep the perspective of others in your mind when you are at work and try to have an open mind
• Be sure to take note about people’s non-verbal cues
• Always be sure to limit the use of defence tactics when facing an conflict at work
