Landscape Solutions are a privately owned, Australian business. They provide quality commercial landscaping solutions across Australia and New Zealand, with a team of over 700 professionals.
Challenge:
Provide the leaders from Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand at Landscape Solutions with the skills and knowledge to develop their leadership skills further.
As one of the leading suppliers in the construction industry, The Learning Circle worked with Landscape Solutions to provide our Leadership Fundamentals program. This program is designed for frontline or new leaders, who need to develop the core skills of leadership.
Each module was highly interactive, conversational, practical and pragmatic, with participants using real challenges as case studies.
Solution:
We delivered the program face to face across 5-modules, including our Leadership Fundamentals, Motivation, Engagement & MOR, The Power of Feedback, High Performing Teams and Building Personal Resilience modules. In-between modules, participants met for an accountability circle to embed their actions. Additional to the modules, participants received a tailored communication plan with pre and post work. Post program, some participants were selected to continue their development journey with 1:1 coaching sessions and an LSI 360 Assessment.
