The Learning Circle is partnering with organisations to support them with the establishment, training and support of their Harassment and Bullying Contact Officers. Through this collaboration, we aim to assist organisations in creating effective protocols and procedures for addressing harassment and bullying issues in the workplace.

The support covers:

  • Initial training for Contact Officers
  • Regular and ongoing group supervision and support
  • Creation and training on a range of topic specific Toolbox talks that can be delivered by the Contact Officers
  • Train the Trainer program for Contact Officers bringing on a new cohorts of Officers
