The Aspiring Leader program is designed for individual contributors who engage with and influence stakeholders across the organisation but are not yet people leaders. 


One of the key features of this leadership program is its strong emphasis on experiential learning. By actively engaging in real-world scenarios and situations, participants will have the opportunity to apply their newfound knowledge and skills in a practical setting. This approach ensures that the transfer of learning is deeply rooted and integrated into participants' professional lives.

Module 3: Influencing without Authority
This workshop explores the importance of effectively influencing without authority, helping participants to build an influence strategy and apply this to a current work situation.

Module 4: Conquering Crucial Conversations
This workshop builds capability to conquer critical conversations, including giving feedback and handling difficult conversations with confidence.

This workshop covers:

  • Diagnosing and managing performance and behavioural issues
  • Practical Application for participants – prepare and deliver crucial conversations 
Module 5: Build Personal Resilience
