The Learning Circle is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential through impactful leadership programs that develop the capabilities of leaders at all levels within organisations. Our Leadership Excellence program is designed specifically for experienced leaders who are eager to elevate their leadership abilities.

By incorporating hands-on exercises and activities, we ensure that the transfer of learning is maximised. Each leadership module incorporates a structured approach that combines theory and practice, enabling participants to effectively apply what they have learned in real work settings.

Modules

Module 1: Your Leadership Compass
Designed to help leaders reflect on, and assess their leadership legacy - exploring the impact of their behaviour, motivation, and strengths within the framework of DISC.

This workshop covers:

  • Understand self and others through DISC
  • Understand and define my leadership brand
  • Develop greater awareness of self and others within the framework of DISC
  • Practical application for leaders
Module 2: The Power of Influence
Designed to help leaders learn the art of influence, so they can effectively influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of the business to drive higher performance.

This workshop covers:

  • Understanding what makes someone influential
  • Understanding our audience
  • Understanding what motivates and drives others to help influence
  • Building out an influence strategy
Module 3: Conquering Crucial Conversations
Designed to help leaders explore the power of feedback, and the importance of building a culture that engages in difficult conversations. Leaders will develop their skill and confidence to navigate challenging conversations and hold their people accountable for performance.

This workshop covers:

  • Building a feedback culture - Radical Candor
  • Constructive feedback – how to prepare and what to say
  • Time to Practice and managing emotions
Module 4: High Performing Teams
Designed to help leaders to practically plan for creating high performance across their teams and identify areas of strength to leverage and opportunities for development.

This workshop covers:

  • Deep dive and practical application of the functions of Patrick Lencioni’s High Performing
    Teams Model – Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results
  • Identifying the elements of an Ideal Team Player
Module 5: Build Personal Resilience
Designed to support leaders with practical strategies to build their personal resilience and thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.

This workshop covers:

  • The importance of developing personal resilience
  • Best practice strategies to build resilience
  • An action plan with practical strategies to build resilience based on the 4R model.
