Duration:

2 hours

Psychosocial risk is no longer just an HR issue; it is a legal, leadership and cultural responsibility. With changes to WHS legislation, organisations and leaders now have a positive duty to identify, manage and minimise psychosocial hazards in the same way they manage physical safety risks. This program is designed specifically for leaders who are responsible for people, performance and culture, and who need clarity on what the legislation means in practice – not just in policy.

This highly practical session builds leaders’ understanding of psychosocial risks and hazards, their legal and leadership responsibilities, and the real impact these risks have on trust, wellbeing, performance and organisational outcomes. Leaders will gain clear frameworks, language and practical tools to identify early warning signs, reduce harm, strengthen psychological safety and create healthier, higher-performing team environments. This is not about “soft skills” – it’s about risk management, leadership accountability and building workplaces where people can perform sustainably.
