We initially engaged with Vanessa at The Learning Circle, at the start of 2013, to help set up a learning program specific to our business and the talent that we employ. Within that learning program Vanessa included training suited to individuals as well as the group as a whole. Those team sessions, which included the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, 4 Quadrant Leadership, How To Be An Effective Leader and Having Difficult Conversations, were brilliantly run and facilitated by Vanessa herself. The feedback we got from the whole team, after each session, was unlike any feedback we received in the past about trainers and training sessions - Vanessa was so compelling and made everything so relevant to our business and its challenges. Because of the feedback and experience we've had with Vanessa we have further integrated her into our business. In the past two years Vanessa has been a consultant to the business, helping guide us through change and innovation and helping us implement new process around recruitment, inductions and appraisals. We engaged Vanessa to design and facilitate a bespoke program for our Contact Centre Managers after she had done some broader work across the business in the leadership and talent space. It was a great experience to work with Vanessa - she quickly understood our needs for the program by meeting with key stakeholders, and designing a targeted session to engage and educate the leadership group. The program was well received by the Contact Centre Managers, giving them a deeper understanding of how to engage with their people, have conversations about performance and build a common language across the group.
