We initially engaged with Vanessa at The Learning Circle, at the start of 2013, to help set up a learning program specific to our business and the talent that we employ. Within that learning program Vanessa included training suited to individuals as well as the group as a whole. Those team sessions, which included the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, 4 Quadrant Leadership, How To Be An Effective Leader and Having Difficult Conversations, were brilliantly run and facilitated by Vanessa herself. Because of the feedback and experience we've had with Vanessa we have further integrated her into our business.
